Citizen’s bureau
The citizen’s bureau is the central coordinating body within the town hall and is open throughout the day on every working day.
The bureau concentrates on tasks, which can usually be taken care of quickly and which can be attended to immediately. There are nospecific responsibilities here. You can approach any of the Standard ground values staff members. The citizen’s bureau is situated at the entrance of the town hall so that you can reach it easily and quickly. There you will also receive information as to which office is responsible for your special request. Therefore most matters with the local government can be settled practically during the whole day in the citizen’s bureau without having to tediously look for responsibilities.

The other offices at the town hall are open daily from 08.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and on Thursday afternoon from 02.30 to 06.00 p.m. In this way we would like to allow for the staff members to process their matters without interruption. Naturally it is possible to arrange an appointment with the responsible staff member for all concerns, also out of office hours.
The town hall is connected to public transport (bus lines 705, 719, 720). For residents, who have no possibility to come to the town hall by bicycle, car or bus there is a motor pool available at the citizen’s bureau.
